Casino Queen is situated in East Saint Louis at two hundred South Front Street. A total of one hundred and fifty rooms and 7 penthouses close-at-hand at the gambling hall. The gambling den occupiestwenty-seven five hundred sq.ft. and provides lots of highlights. Besides playing, Casino Queen offers a two thousand, five hundred patron riverboat, a 140 space motor home campground and easy access to MetroLink light-rail location.
