I have been wagering on the internet or at brick and mortar casinos for many years. I have been taught, the addiction can acquire a hold of you and you will not even realize it until you are broke. Especially if you are on a run. I have gone through uncounted hundreds of dollars in just a short period of time and even still on occasion, I can go a bit too far. It appears you are only having fun up until you make a choice to pay attention to your loss and the guilt settles in, and then you continue advising yourself "I can likely gain it back" again and again. It does not work. Then you get icky in your gut and the harder you attempt the more rapidly you relinquish.
When you see that you are up, STAY Ahead! When you begin to throw away, do not tell yourself, "well just one more" over and over again, trust me, this scheme almost never ever functions. Say you are gambling on one armed bandits, keep a pot set aside ahead of beginning your betting. DO NOT go over this boundary, no matter how tempting. If you happen to succeed, put the winnings in an alternate cup. Don’t bet your payouts at any cost. Once you have played through your initial determine range, stop. Call it quits, whether it is on the net or at a land based casino, don’t stick around. At all times remember, there will be other days, other times. Obviously, this technique is able to work for any game that you gamble on, be it bingo, poker, video poker, keno, vingt-et-un or any other game.
Keep in mind, gambling should be FUN not backbreaking, appalling work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you don’t belong there. If you can’t afford the hit, do not even begin.
