I have been gambling on the internet or at land based gambling dens for many years. I have found out, the craving usually will grab a hold of you and you won’t even realize it until you are beaten. Specifically if you are on a profit streak. I have gone through countless hundreds of dollars in a very little period of time and even today, I will go a bit too long. It feels like you are just having sum excitement up till you choose to consider your losses and the guilt settles in, and then you keep advising yourself "I can likely earn the funds back" a number of times. It does not work. Then you feel sick to your gut and the more you attempt the more rapidly you relinquish.
When you discover that you are in the black, STAY in the Black! When you start to relinquish, do not inform yourself, "well just one more" and again and again, believe me, this tactic almost never ever works. Say you are gambling on one armed bandits, keep an amount separate before starting your play. DON’T exceed that range, regardless of how tempting. If you happen to gain, put the winnings in a different cup. Don’t spend your profits at any cost. After you have played through your original predetermined range, stop. Leave, regardless if it’s on the internet or in a brick and mortar casino, don’t stay at the tables or machines. Always keep in mind, there no doubt will be other days, another time. Clearly, this method can work for any casino game that you enjoy, be it bingo, poker, video poker, keno, vingt-et-un or any other game.
Keep in mind, gambling is supposed to be FUN not exhausting, sickening work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you don’t belong at the casinos. If you can’t pay for the squanderings, don’t even start.
